Body Neutral Approach
Kayla, a personal trainer with a Master's in Clinical Psychology, believes movement and mental health are inextricably linked. She views fitness as more than a path to aesthetic or weight loss goals; it’s a lifelong healing practice that can alleviate stress, boost self-esteem, and build confidence. Her client-centered approach helps individuals reconnect with their bodies, celebrating their bodies’ unique capabilities and promoting autonomy in health. She coaches clients to grow more body awareness so that they can be attuned to their changing physical needs. Her clients fall in love with fitness because they feel valued and respected for who they are, regardless of how their bodies move. Passionate about creating individualized, sustainable movement practices, Kayla uses an inclusive, compassionate, trauma-informed, and body-neutral approach to help her clients thrive.
